Welcome Letter

The International Society of Dermatology and the Russian Society of Dermatology cordially invite you to actively participate in the 2nd Continental Congress of Dermatology / 4th Russian Congress of Dermatovenereology, which is to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia from 6 July to 9 July 2011.

This event will give you a unique chance to meet almost 3 000 colleagues – specialists in dermatology, cosmetology and other related fields.

As the destination of the event was chosen St. Petersburg; a beautiful and fascinating place and one of the most historically significant cities all over Europe. Since 1991 the Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments in St. Petersburg have been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

The conference venue will be the Taurida Palace which is conveniently situated in the centre of Saint Petersburg. The building is an example of the XVIII century classicism. The Taurida Palace has one of the largest plenary hall in Saint Petersburg optimal for holding large international congresses. The Gala Dinner with unique cultural programme will be held in one of the most representative venue in the city.
