Registration Fees

*Student must attach a copy of their student ID and signed certificate from their department head or supervisor

Registration Fee Includes:

●  Admission to all Scientific Sessions
●  Admission to the Commercial Exhibition and Satellite Symposia
●  Opening Ceremony on 7 July 2011
●  Welcome Cocktail on 7 July 2011
●  Coffee-breaks during the Congress
●  Closing Ceremony on 9 July 2011

Accompanying Person's Fee Includes:

How to make a registration

To make a registration, it is necessary to fill in the on-line Registration Form.

Please note that the on-line Registration Form is only accessible with a password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you. Your password is the same for all on-line forms.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing (ccd2011registration(at)guarant.cz) about the cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Name Change

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat. A handling fee of 20 EUR will be charged for each name change.

Terms of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Bank Transfer

The participant's name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.

To simplify the identification of your payment please enclose a copy of your bank transfer with the registration form and send it to the Congress Secretariat by fax (+420 284 001 448) or e-mail (ccd2011(at)guarant.cz).

Credit Cards

For payments through the Online Payment System (available after login) only MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR.

Please note, that payment through the Online Payment System is available once the Letter of Confirmation is received.

In case you would like to use other credit cards such as Diners Club or American Express, please note, that these would be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) – at the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank valid on the date of payment.

The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 24,392 CZK (March 2011).

For payments using Diners Club or American Express credit cards please complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form (applies also to MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa credit card payments) and kindly send it signed by a card holder to Congress Secretariat by fax (+420 284 001 448) or scanned copy via e-mail (ccd2011(at)guarant.cz).
